A proven fee earner is required to handle a broad caseload of sale and acquisition work including complex leases and renegotiating terms.

An established multi site law firm within Devon is going through a period of expansion and seeks a proven Commercial Property Solicitor or FILEX to join it's existing team. This legal 500 recommended law firm provides legal services to individuals and companies across Devon and acts for nationwide retailers moving in to the area.

The role of Commercial Property Solicitor or FILEX will involve managing an existing caseload of matters relating to the sale and purchase of commercial use properties including lease management and acting for landlord and tenants on a mixture of property issues. The clients range from retailers, entreprenures, developers and large organisations.

This opportunity would suit an experienced lawyer able to run a varied and interesting caseload with the ability to work with the wider local community and continue to build relationships.
