Residential New Homes Team, 2 Yrs PQE+ - Somerset

My client is a leading regional law firm that has seen rapid growth allowing it to be ranked within the Lawyers UK top 200 Law Firms. This successful and large team works with most of the UK's leading house developers handling the sale and purchase of new properties throughout the UK.

This exciting role is due to the development of the team and requires a proven solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience able to work within a highly organised environment acting for household names across new development schemes and a high degree of client contact. This role would suit someone with strong business relationship skills coupled with the technical background to advise on site set up issues and matters connected with large development sites.

A background in development work with some understanding of social housing would be desirable but not essential.
