Residential Conveyancer - Bournemouth

Mid sized law firm based in Dorset is seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take over an existing caseload of matters relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established law firm with an excellent reputation within the local community.

The role will involve running an existing casleoad of matters relating to sale and purchase transactions including plot sales and specialist transactions.

The role would suit a proven fee earner with the relevant qualification able to run a full caseload of work with secretarial assistance. You will also be expected to help with business development and marketing.
