Elderly Care Solicitor/FILEX - Dorset/Hampshire

An Established regional law firm within Dorset & Hampshire is seeking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or FILEX to join it's team

The role will involve handling all areas of elderly care to include Court of Protection, Deputyship and LPA's along with handing care home issues.

This is a specialist role and would require a qualified solicitor or FILEX that has the relevant expertise and is able to run a caseload and develop this further across the local community through building relationships and handling existing matters.

Salary is market rate and opportunity to develop a long term career.
