Web Services Consultant – Dorset – Circa £40k

As the Web Services Consultant – MS IIS / Linux Apache Web Server - you are required to deliver, manage and maintain the processes for deploying web based applications and services for our prestigious client.

Successful candidates should possess:
• Proven demonstrable experience in Web Services role
• Experience of implementation and support of virtualised hosting environments (Amazon Web Services/VMWare/Xen etc)
• Technical expertise/experience
• Continuous Integration concepts and software (Jenkins|Hudson/CruiseControl)
• Estimation and Planning
• Good communication skills to engage internal stakeholders as well as customers, partners and suppliers
• Able to build relationships at all levels, both internally & externally
• Team player, diplomatic with strong influencing skills, able to work effectively cross functionally to get results
• Innovative: able to proactively identify new product & product development opportunities
• Experienced consultant, ideally with extensive domain & product expertise
• Experience of successfully, planning, managing & delivering, projects
• Comfortable working in an international environment, working effectively with different cultures & nationalities
• Willing to travel internationally as required
