Wills & Probate Solicitor - Somerset

As an established law firm with offices across Somerset and Avon, my client is seeking a proven Wills & Probate Solicitor, ideally with STEP membership to take on board an existing caseload of matters due to an existing senior member of the team moving on.

The role will involve handling a broad caseload including the administration of trusts, probate issues and estate administration, including elderly client care. You will be responsible for a caseload of high value matters whilst providing sound tax advise and taking a proactive approach to developing business across a multi-site operation.

If you are an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor, ideally working towards, or with STEP qualification then this post offers exposure to high value clients and a broad caseload.
