Head of Residential Property - Somerset

Head of Residential Property required by long standing law firm situated within the heart of Somerset. This well known law firm provides legal services to individuals and businesses across the region and is now seeking to recruit a Head of Residential Property.

The role will focus on managing an existing team of Solicitors and Legal Executives and support staff to drive and deliver residential property transactional business across both its offices.

You will be expected to manage and inspire the team to continue to deliver first class transactional matters whilst delivering strategy and business development opportunities.

This is an exciting role for someone looking to take the step in to management of a department or is looking for a fresh challenge.

Excellent salary and benefits on offer of circa £45,000.
