Propery Lawyer 5 years PQE+ Somerset

Established law firm with close ties across Somerst is seeking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer to handle a broad caseload of non contentious property based work.

The role will involve an experienced fee earner managing existing matters and relationships whilst developing new business across residential property transactions, light commercial property transactions and also agricultural matters with secretarial support.

The role would suit a candidate wih a minimum of 5 years fee earning experience across residential and commercial property sale and purchase transactions inluding lease extensions. You will ideally have the ability to develop business and also play a part in marketing and continuing to develop close ties with the local communities.

Salary is negotiable.
