Litigation Solicitor - 5years +

My client is a long established local law firm that has a presence across Somerset and Devon. Due to on-going success a proven Solicitor or FILEX is required to join one of it's offices in Somerset.

This full service practice requires a litigator able to handle a diverse caseload of work encompassing different aspects of law including; civil and commercial matters encompassing, Debt Recovery, Property Litigation, Contractual issues and general disputes.

The role wil also involve playing a key role in developing relationships locally through business development activities and marketing.

This role would suit a solicitor or FILEx with a minimum of 5 years fee earning expertise able to manage and develop a broad caseload of civil and commercial disputes.
